There’s still time to book a place on our next reskilling workshop to be held at the fabulous Growing Communities Starter Farm in Dagenham
The course will be run by the amazing Real Seed Catalogue (http://www.realseeds.co.uk/) who have been at the forefront of organic seed production for a good few years, growing and selling a huge variety of seeds to meet the diverse needs of our communities and the environment. The workshop is aimed to give growers the knowledge to begin the journey of reclaiming our seed saving skills and will focus on practical considerations such as how to grow healthy seeds and preventing cross pollination.
As always the session is free and open to any grower who wants to save seed for the London Freedom Seed bank and we will be distributing seeds for this purpose at the end of the session. Thanks to everyone who has attended our one of our three previous trainings, the last of which was held at the lovely Centre for Wildlife Gardening in Peckham and taught by our very own Jack Astbury from Food from the Sky.
With more and more people joining together to be part of the Freedom Seed Bank we are more certain than ever that now is the time to reclaim our seed saving heritage and take back control of our food system!
To book your place on the course please send an email us at freedomseedbank@gmail.com

Hi
I have already booked a place, but the date is a bit confusing. Shouldn’t it be 26th of April?
Best wishes, Ljiljana Stojsavljević
